What are Email Receipts?  

For your convenience, you now have the option to receive e-receipts at select stores. Please note, if you select this option at checkout, you’ll still receive a paper copy as well. Email receipts can be used to make a return, just like paper ones. The Marshall's return policy applies to e-receipt transactions.

How Do I Request an Email Receipt?

If e-receipts are available at your store, you’ll be prompted at checkout and will see the option to select “Email Receipt” on the PIN pad at the register. Simply enter your phone number and email address.

Why Do I Need to Enter my Phone Number?

Saving your phone number means faster lookup on your next visit, without having to enter your email address again. The next time you check out and select the Email Receipt option on the PIN pad, you’ll just need to enter your phone number. Then a partially hidden version of your email address will automatically display for you to update or confirm.

Can I Add More Than One Phone Number for Email Lookup?

No, we can only associate an email address with one phone number.

Can I Update My Email Address or Phone Number?

Yes, you can update your email address or phone number at the PIN pad during checkout.

Will I Receive Any Other Emails from Marshall's?

When you request an email receipt, you’ll be opted-in to receive brand marketing communications from TJX Brands. You may opt out of receiving future emails by following the unsubscribe link in the email or on our website.

Are Email Receipts Connected to My TJX Rewards® Credit Card?

No, the email address you provide at the PIN pad will be used for your email receipts and will not affect the email address you’ve provided in connection with your TJX Rewards credit card.
